Golf-Specific Mobility Training · Salt Lake City, Utah

It's Not Your Technique. It's Your Body.

Golf-specific mobility training built around the joints and movement patterns that actually affect your swing — so you can play more consistently, hit it further, and feel better doing it.

Why It Matters

Your swing coach can only fix so much.

Most golfers spend years chasing swing fixes for a problem that isn't about swing mechanics at all. When a joint physically can't get into position, no amount of coaching will get it there.

Restricted Hips

Limited hip rotation is one of the most common causes of early extension and lost power. The body stands up out of posture because it has nowhere else to go.

A Locked-Up Mid-Back

Your thoracic spine is meant to create separation between hips and shoulders. Restricted here, the lower back absorbs rotation it isn't built to handle.

A Felt, Not Found, Problem

Pain shows up where the compensation lands, usually the lower back, even when the actual limitation lives somewhere else entirely.

What I Offer

Focused mobility work. Nothing you don't need.

About

Movement expertise, applied to golf.

I've spent 15 years working in personal training, with a focus on mobility and functional movement. One pattern kept showing up: golfers chasing technique fixes for problems that were physical, not mechanical. Golf demands a level of hip, spine, and shoulder mobility most people haven't trained. This work is an extension of that expertise, applied specifically to the joints and patterns a golf swing requires. I'm not a swing coach, and I won't be working on your technique — I work on the physical side that makes good technique possible in the first place.
